Experience the Total Solar Eclipse on 2 August 2027 from Luxor’s West Bank, with carefully selected accommodation and rooftop viewing offering panoramic views across the surrounding landscape.

For this exceptional event, a limited number of rooms are currently available across three InLuxor properties: Villa Kamose, Habu Hotel and Dar Habu. Each offers its own distinctive setting on Luxor’s West Bank for this extraordinary occasion.

Dar Habu is our new accommodation building, directly beside Medinet Habu Temple. Guests staying at Dar Habu have full access to the facilities of Habu Hotel, where all meals are also served.

All Eclipse accommodation is offered for the fixed 4-night period from 30 July to 3 August 2027. A shorter stay does not reduce the package price; the full 4-night rate remains applicable.

Dar Habu is located just 20 metres from Habu Hotel. Guests have full access to Habu Hotel facilities, and all meals are served at Habu Hotel.

Not included: entrance tickets, flights, visa costs, travel insurance, personal expenses and gratuities.

Entrance tickets: Admission fees for the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, Medinet Habu, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple are not included in the package rate.

Program: The order and timing of the sightseeing program may be adjusted depending on arrival times, operational requirements and local conditions.

Eclipse Day: On Monday, 2 August, guests will experience the Total Solar Eclipse from the rooftop viewing area of their respective property: Villa Kamose, Habu Hotel or Dar Habu. The Eclipse Day program and viewing arrangements will remain fixed.

Please review the following information carefully before reserving your InLuxor Total Solar Eclipse package.

Package Dates & Rates

All Eclipse packages are based on the fixed 4-night stay from 30 July to 3 August 2027. Rates shown are total per room or suite and are valid for 1 or 2 guests. If you choose to stay fewer nights, the full 4-night package rate will still apply.

Entrance Tickets

Entrance tickets to archaeological sites and monuments are not included in the package rate. This also applies to the sites visited as part of the included guided sightseeing program.

Guided Tours

All Eclipse packages include the scheduled group sightseeing program with a professional Egyptologist guide and transport. The sightseeing program is shared with other guests participating in the InLuxor Eclipse experience.

Airport Transfers

The package includes Luxor Airport arrival and departure transfers according to the package program.

Eclipse Viewing

On Monday, 2 August 2027, guests will view the Total Solar Eclipse from the dedicated rooftop viewing area of their selected property: Villa Kamose, Habu Hotel or Dar Habu. Each location offers an elevated, open setting for this extraordinary event.

Full Board & Facilities

All Eclipse packages include full board for the complete 4-night stay. Guests also have access to the facilities associated with their selected accommodation, including swimming pool access and the designated rooftop eclipse viewing area.

Booking & Payment Conditions

Due to the exceptional demand surrounding the Total Solar Eclipse on 2 August 2027, special booking and payment conditions apply to all remaining InLuxor Eclipse packages.

First Come, First Served

Availability is extremely limited and reservations are handled on a first come, first served basis.

Full Payment Required

Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. A booking is not confirmed until the full payment has been received.

100% Non-Refundable

All Eclipse reservations are 100% non-refundable once confirmed.

Bank Transfer Only

Payment for Eclipse reservations is accepted by bank transfer only.

2-Day Payment Window

Once the invoice is issued, payment must be made within 2 days: the invoice date and the following day.

Proof of Payment

Please send the bank transfer receipt immediately after payment so that we can verify the transfer.

Please note: issuing an invoice does not secure the accommodation beyond the stated payment period. If proof of payment is not received within the payment deadline, the reservation may be released and offered to another guest. Due to the exceptionally high demand and very limited remaining availability for the 2027 Total Solar Eclipse, payment deadlines cannot be extended.
