For this exceptional event, InLuxor offers a choice of five Eclipse packages at Villa Kamose, Habu Hotel and Malkata House, as well as selected partner accommodation at Nile Hotel and Nile Residence.
Villa Kamose, Habu Hotel and Malkata House are managed by the InLuxor hospitality team. Nile Hotel and Nile Residence are independently owned and managed partner properties, with their Eclipse packages offered by InLuxor on behalf of the respective property owners.
Choose between a complete Eclipse experience including full board, guided sightseeing and airport transfers, or an accommodation-focused package including breakfast, rooftop Eclipse viewing and airport pick-up.
All packages are based on the fixed 4-night Eclipse period from 30 July to 3 August 2027. A shorter stay does not reduce the package price; the full 4-night rate remains applicable.

The Roof Terrace Suites are located on the third floor and are accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.

Package Dates & Rates
All Eclipse packages are based on the fixed 4-night stay from 30 July to 3 August 2027. Rates shown are total per room or suite and are valid for 1 or 2 guests. If you choose to stay fewer nights, the full 4-night package rate will still apply.
Entrance Tickets
Entrance tickets to archaeological sites and monuments are not included in the package rates. This also applies to the sites visited as part of the included guided sightseeing program.
Guided Tours
The sightseeing program with a professional Egyptologist guide is included with Villa Kamose, Habu Hotel and Malkata House. Tours are not included with the Nile Hotel and Nile Residence packages.
Nile Hotel & Nile Residence
Nile Hotel and Nile Residence are independently owned and managed partner properties. Their Eclipse packages are offered by InLuxor on behalf of the respective property owners. These properties are not managed by InLuxor.
Malkata House Roof Terrace Suites
The two Roof Terrace Suites are located on the third floor, directly on the roof terrace, with direct terrace access and 360° panoramic views. The suites are accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator.
Eclipse Viewing
Every package includes access to its designated rooftop or roof terrace for viewing the Total Solar Eclipse on Monday, 2 August 2027. Viewing arrangements differ by property and are shown in the package comparison above.
Booking & Payment Conditions
Due to the exceptional demand surrounding the Total Solar Eclipse on 2 August 2027, special booking and payment conditions apply to all Eclipse reservations.
First Come, First Served
Availability is limited and reservations are handled on a first come, first served basis.
Full Payment Required
Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Non-Refundable
All Eclipse reservations are 100% non-refundable.
Bank Transfer Only
Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.
2-Day Payment Window
Once the invoice is issued, payment must be made within 2 days: the invoice date and the following day.
Proof of Payment
Please send the bank transfer receipt immediately after payment.
