Important Package Information

Please review the following information carefully before reserving the Villa Kamose Total Solar Eclipse package.

Package Dates & Rates

The Eclipse package is based on the fixed 4-night stay from 30 July to 3 August 2027. Rates shown are total per suite and are valid for 1 or 2 guests. If you choose to stay fewer nights, the full 4-night package rate will still apply.

Entrance Tickets

Entrance tickets to archaeological sites and monuments are not included in the package rate. This also applies to the sites visited as part of the included guided sightseeing program.

Guided Tours

The Villa Kamose Eclipse package includes the scheduled group sightseeing program with a professional Egyptologist guide and transport.

Airport Transfers

The package includes Luxor Airport arrival and departure transfers according to the package program.

Eclipse Viewing

The package includes access to the Villa Kamose rooftop for viewing the Total Solar Eclipse on Monday, 2 August 2027. The rooftop offers panoramic views across the Nile and Luxor’s West Bank.

Villa Kamose

Villa Kamose is a Nile-side property on Luxor’s West Bank with a swimming pool and a large rooftop terrace. The Eclipse package is offered in selected Pool View, Nile View and Side Nile View suites.

Booking & Payment Conditions

Due to the exceptional demand surrounding the Total Solar Eclipse on 2 August 2027, special booking and payment conditions apply to the remaining Villa Kamose Eclipse package.

First Come, First Served

Availability is very limited and reservations are handled on a first come, first served basis.

Full Payment Required

Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Non-Refundable

All Eclipse reservations are 100% non-refundable.

Bank Transfer Only

Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.

2-Day Payment Window

Once the invoice is issued, payment must be made within 2 days: the invoice date and the following day.

Proof of Payment

Please send the bank transfer receipt immediately after payment.

If proof of payment is not received within the payment period, the reservation may be released and offered to the next guest on the waiting list. Due to the exceptionally high demand and very limited remaining availability at Villa Kamose, payment deadlines cannot be extended.
